Tom's Studio - The Wren Write Off refillable pen - Ink

Tom's Studio designed the Wren Write-Off pen to give disposable pens another life. It's a beautiful and infinitely refillable writing pen, made from disposable pens. It's a small act of rebellion against waste, and a celebration of creativity. 

An estimated 9 billion disposable pens are thrown away globally each year. It was time to close the loop: Tom's Studio work with schools and organisations to prevent stationery waste from reaching landfill. Each Wren Write-Off has a lid is made by chipping, injection-moulding and hand-finishing the reclaimed plastic into one-of-a-kind designs.

The Wren is a pen designed not only to write beautifully but also to last a lifetime, helping to reduce the mountains of waste created by disposable pens. 

This is the Wren Write-Off pen with a Midnight blue body and an Ink lid.

It has a refillable reservoir, compatible with Tom's Studio's beautiful inks (which we stock here, along with extra reservoirs and tips) or all standard fountain pen inks.

Included: 3ml Midnight Fiber ink sample and ink reservoir. Full instructions on how to use, refill and clean.

You can expect the high-quality, Japanese-made tip to last for months of use. Tom's Studio tested a single ink fill in the Wren on a plotter (a device used for precision drawing) and it wrote consistently for 344m. That's the equivalent of 50 A4 pages of handwriting!
