Our Contract
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.
Your card will be authorised for the full value of the order, but not charged. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Your card will be charged following dispatch of your order.
Please note that Scout & Co reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. Scout & Co will notify by email immediately of any such cancellation and also issue a full refund of the related payment. Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason and wish to return them, please email us at:

State the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange. We will email you back with a returns code.
We will advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund when we have received the item back to us.
Please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and returns code within the parcel.
The items must be sent back unworn with their original tags and packaging.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at:

If the order is cancelled before it ships and we have already charged your card, then we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut-off time for shipping is usually 1pm. We don't ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge but it can vary.
In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied us with on your original order.
Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
Availability
Scout & Co will endeavour to ensure that our website does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing, but we can't guarantee a perfect match every time.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We try to ensure they are as accurate as possible and will correct any errors promptly. Sizes may differ between brands.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, and therefore it is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
