Inspired by Tove Jansson’s Comet in Moominland, Muurla's beautiful glass candle holder captures one of the story’s most memorable moments: Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden dancing together as a comet draws closer to Moominvalley. While everyone is facing an uncertain future, Snorkmaiden insists that there is still time to dance: a wonderfully Moomin reminder to find joy, stay close to the people you love, and face whatever comes together.

The delicate illustration wraps around the glass, bringing this much-loved scene from Comet in Moominland to life. Light it with a real or LED tealight and let the warm glow illuminate Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden as they dance.

A meaningful addition to any Moomin collection, and a lovely gift for anyone who carries a little Moominvalley in their heart.
