Ocelot - Black Cherry drinking chocolate

This is a rich, sophisticated drinking chocolate made with shavings of Ocelot's award-winning Black Cherry 70% dark chocolate. The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo, home of the last Mountain Gorillas. The mindful infusion of dark cherries gives decadence to the deep forest notes of this beautiful chocolate experience.

To make the perfect hot chocolate, stir three heaped tablespoons (approx 28g) of drinking chocolate into 200ml of warmed milk. Whisk over the heat until smooth and thickened.
