Apolina's Valerie blouse is Inspired by 1930s European blouses. Crafted from ‘Satin pink’ linen, it's full of sweet vintage detailing. Valerie has pastel-toned embroideries at collar, sleeves and chest, and pastel rainbow smocking at shoulders, sleeves and waist. There is double blanket handwork at collar and blanket stitch finish at hem and sleeve. It's finished with a single button keyhole fastening at front.

Valerie’s ice cream shades bring a sweet retro holiday mood. We especially love her styled with Apolina's Casey denim shorts and jeans.

Apolina is a modern embroidered children's clothing brand: exciting yet nostalgic, with longevity and a sense of craft. Designed in England, but inspired by travel, traditional handicrafts and the natural world, the collection's beautiful dresses, blouses and sets have relaxed silhouettes so children are comfortable and can play freely. Apolina hope each piece will be passed down to younger siblings, then kept by mothers as a reminder of cherished childhood memories, and passed to grandchildren as a future heirloom.

The starting point for Apolina’s SS26 collection was the beautiful Charleston house, once home to artists Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, and gathering place for the Bloomsbury group.

A dream-like colour palette of tonal pastels, with highlight colours of Tangerine, Peony, Sea Glass and Azul, build an eclectic creative mood, inspired by the studio at Charleston with its travelled feel and collected objects. Signature embroideries, prints, ruffles and bespoke broderie anglaise, echo a traditional cottage garden blooming with delphiniums, peonies and sweet peas.
