UP-UP Fresh Wild Mint Dark Chocolate bar (120g) is a dark chocolate Single Estate 50% cacao content, made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called 'El Rosario' located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia. This bar has distinctive cacao notes with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, followed by nutty flavours and well-defined tones of wild mint, finishing with hints of dried-fruit and a refreshing aftertaste.
