Up-Up - Sea Salt & Lime Milk Chocolate bar - 130g

£3.20 £4.00

UP-UP use the world's first, 100% slave-free cocoa (certified by slavefreetrade.org) to make outstanding, fully traceable, single-estate chocolate in Leith, Scotland.

UP-UP Plain Dark is an inspiring dark chocolate. It's made using single estate 50% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called 'El Rosario' located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia. The chocolate has distinctive cacao notes with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, followed by nutty flavours that remind of caramelised roasted hazelnuts, finishing with hints of dried-fruit and citric acid aftertaste.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and vanilla extract.

Suitable for vegans.

UP-UP make delicious chocolate using cocoa from their farm in Colombia, which is the first in the world to be certified by Slave Free Trade. They have a fully traceable, short supply chain (single-estate plantation with 200 people; processing site in Bogotà with 2000 people; factory in Scotland with 20 people) ensuring fair working conditions for all employees.
